Long before this blog was even a glimmer of an idea, I found myself waking in Poland one morning. Despite my trip having been months in the planning, I still couldn’t believe I was there. These sharply dressed girls looked in a brisk mood. Walking (marching) with undeviating eyes, their long strides were timed to perfection.

I will never understand how women can walk in those heels. And they look like they are striding pretty quickly!
I gave up wondering a long time ago and just accepted that, they were meant to walk in heels. (psst…apparently it’s easier if the shoes have a platform front)
