Outside my window the first snowflakes conspired to fall just as my train rolled in to the station. Up above the rumble of railway carriages in the midst of a traditional Christmas market, a girl was preparing to serve another tasty crêpe. This is the story of when a meandering photographer happened upon the girl who made those crêpes.
